Each surface can be covered with enameled panels, the possibilities of use are numerous : by the choice of more or less shiny colors, by the variety of effects, special finishes, shapes and dimensions.

Lightweight and resistant to physical and atmospheric attacks

Enamel panels can be supplied ready to install for immediate installation.

The skilful and creative use of enameled panels

can reinforce, thanks to colors and graphics, the identity of a place.

Designers

Vitreous enamel is a material that can be touched and looked at. The quality of its surface reinforces the personality of the objects covered with it.
Thanks to its resistance to wear, chemical and atmospheric attack and fire, enameled steel is particularly suitable for use in the design of street furniture, in airports, metros, private and public buildings. Applied to elegant shapes, vitreous enamel reveals all its nobility.
Vitreous enamel is a prestigious and quality solution for fitting out professional premises.

• The depth and variety of colors possible with vitreous enamel make it the ideal coating for kitchen utensils that become decorative objects.
• Vitreous enamel can give a new image to traditional objects.

Industrial

The exceptional physical characteristics of vitreous enamel open up wide possibilities for industrial sectors requiring performance.

Because it is chemically neutral, completely antibacterial, resistant to fermentation, and easy to clean, vitreous enamel is ideal in the food industry for production equipment or storage systems.

The resistance of vitreous enamel to temperature swings and attack by combustion fumes makes it an excellent candidate for the manufacture of chimney pipes and exhaust manifolds.

The enamel guarantees excellent resistance to the atmospheric stresses to which the external surfaces of the silos are subjected. Enameled tanks are unassailable by acids and other corrosive substances. This is why they are used to store and process liquid or powder products and treat industrial effluents.

• Some large reactors for industry have their internal surface enameled. They thus resist the attack of acid and alkaline substances.
• In the chemical industry, enameled equipment ensures extreme safety in use. Enameled heat exchangers work in extreme conditions of temperature and wear. The enamel gives them significant resistance to heat and acid condensation.

Communities

In public spaces such as train stations and metro stations where signage and street furniture are subject to numerous attacks, vitreous enamel protects the equipment for decades without any degradation.
For the construction of urban and tourist signage, vitreous enamel guarantees high quality panels that are very resistant to use.
The use of vitreous enamel for cladding the walls of road tunnels illuminates these spaces where daylight does not penetrate while considerably facilitating their maintenance.
As part of a renovation, the application of enameled facade panels makes it possible to beautify the building, but above all to protect it sustainably against bad weather and to improve the insulation of the home.

• Collective and industrial piping systems that use vitreous enamel in their manufacturing ensure high reliability of use.
On establishments open to the public, vitreous enamel guarantees the durability of constructions and easy handling.
• The qualities of resistance and aesthetics can also be used in the design of urban equipment.

Artists

Enamel is an art of fire that is fascinating. Fascination of dry matter, fascination of vitrified material transformed by its passage in the oven. The enameled work involves the close communion of three fundamental elements : metal, enamel and fire, which under the creative impulse of the enameler will be mastered.
Enamelling consists of applying the enamel base to a metal support.
There are therefore many creation techniques such as champlevé, painted enamel or full enamel.
Copper is widely used for artistic enamelling because it is easy to shape and engrave.
The champlevé technique consists of depositing the enamel powder or paste in the cells reserved for it.
Mixing vitreous enamel with different materials comes from alchemy.
The enamel can be fired numerous times between 800°C and 1000°C until the creator considers the work completed.

• Vitreous enamel offers the artist endless possibilities. It is often the material that guides creative inspiration.
• Vitreous enamel brings preciousness to the works.
